Emoabino Emmanuel Delight, known in basketball circles as Andre, is a Nigerian student-athlete currently based in Japan. Originally from Nigeria, he has made the transition from West Africa to East Asia, building his athletic and academic journey in a highly competitive environment.
Andre is presently in his third and final year at Keiho High School, located in Nagasaki, Japan, where he plays as part of the school’s basketball program. Keiho High School is known for its strong sporting culture, and Andre has contributed to a team that has secured multiple Nagasaki prefectural championships during his time there.
On the national stage, he has competed in Japan’s prestigious high school basketball championship tournaments, facing some of the best young talent in the country. His top achievement with Keiho has been reaching the Top 32 (Best 32) at the national level, marking him as a consistent performer in high-pressure competition.
Now in his final year of high school, Andre is focused on the next step in his basketball career. He is actively seeking opportunities to continue playing at the university level, either in Japan or internationally, with the goal of further developing his skills and competing at an even higher level.
With a foundation built on discipline, international experience, and competitive exposure, Andre represents a promising student-athlete ready for the next stage of his basketball journey.
